Adelstein Arnulf Berchtold Eberhard Helmar Lütolf Neidhart Othmar Willibrord, Duke of Doth-Armsterbucht, Count of Stottin, Baron of Rotingental (18 April 1979), is an Angvarian nobleman and politician who serves as Grand Chancellor and President of the Imperial Cabinet of Angvar since 2015 and 2018, respectively. He previously served as an Angvarian ambassador to Ostenia, Prince and Lord-Mayor of Mordegard from 2004 to 2009, Secretary of State for Internal Affairs from 2009 to 2013, and Deputy Magister-in-Chief from 2013 to 2015, serving three monarchs. Born to the prominent von Doth-Armsterbucht family of statesmen and clerics that produced two Grand Chancellors and a Pope, he is the maternal uncle of Charles IV.
