The Solar Syndicate was founded by Victorus Forlix in 951 GD during the Pirate Crisis of 951-955 GD. The original motive of the Syndicate was to secure Equila from pirates in the surrounding sea. They had made their own fleet of ships to deter the Quang Zi Fleet from arriving on shore. Many members worked with the government to help fight off the pirates and were legal security forces.
