The Eserrei Football Federation is the administrative body for Eserrei's professional association football teams. It consists of 36 clubs throughout Eserrei among two divisions, all of which compete in the annual championship of the Eser Cup. The EFA controls the prize money, regulations, and media rights to those competitions.
