The Social and Economic Council (Montecaran: Conségio sociàl ed econòmica, CSE) is a consultative assembly that can, and must in certain circumstances, review pending legislation. It is made up of delegates of trade unions, industrial organizations, professions, trades and crafts, cooperatives, and representatives of groups outside the labor market.
