This is a list of heads of state of Ostrozava, from the establishment of the Prime Republic to the present Third Party Compact.
From 1142 to until the 1909 Crimson Revolution, Ostrozava was ruled by a succession of dynasties, of various persuasions, territorial influence, and religious denomination. After the passage of the late 1909 Ostrozavan Social Contract, the head of state of Ostrozava became the Primar(á), elected every five years by popular vote.
