Dixie, officially the Imperial Kingdom of Dixie,is a country primarily located in eastern Fleur. It also includes overseas regions and territories in the X and the X , X and X Oceans, giving it one of the largest discontiguous exclusive economic zones in the world. Its metropolitan area extends from the X to the X Ocean and from the X Sea to the Dixian Channel and the X Sea; overseas territories include X in X, X and X in the X, the X, and many islands in X and the X Ocean.
Dixie is an Absolute Monarchy with its capital in Schwerinville, the country's 4th largest city; other major urban areas include Belle, Saxon, Schweronia, Bordeaux, and Viva.
Economy
The Dixian economy is classified by most economists as a mixed economy, a prosperous Absolute Monarchical state, that features a (mostly) free market activity. Dixie has a per capita output that is the sixth-highest GDP per capita among Fleurian countries, and the tenth-highest in Adalida. The largest sector of the economy is the service sector which accounts for about 42.7% of GDP, followed by the manufacturing sector (25.3%), and the agriculture sector (16%).
Around 85% of Dixie’s GDP is generated in cities, with the largest producer of GDP being Garnier-Monet Société. Most industries, businesses and financial institutions are concentrated in coastal and central Kivu, particularly in the X and X metropolitan areas. X is the economic capital of Kivu.
Tourism, Manufacturing, Aerospace, and Technology are the leading sectors of the Dixian economy. Dixie's most important economic sector is Technology.
Large organisations, both in manufacturing and services, dominate the Dixian economy, with the largest companies being Avion, Napoleon, Bonaparte, etc.
Natural Resources
Dixie has plentiful natural resources including, fish, hydropower, oil, and minerals. Natural resources are important for rural residents.
Currency
The currency is the Dixian Fleur which is regulated by the Royal Dixian Bank.
Spending
Dixie spends 20% of its GDP on public social spending. 7% of GDP is spent on education, and 15% is spent on healthcare.
Tourism
Dixie’s international tourist industry is among the largest in the world, and accounts for roughly 10% of GDP. Stunning landscapes, biodiversity, and picturesque cities, make Dixie one of Adalida’s most visited countries. In 2018, approximately 193 million people visited Dixie.
Manufacturing
Shipbuilding, Aerospace, and Automotive products make up the majority of Dixie's manufacturing industry. Manufacturing accounts for 13% of GDP, and is the largest industry in Dixie. Bonaparte and Avion are the 2 largest manufacturing companies in Dixie.
Agriculture
Despite Dixie’s large size, only about 10% of Dixie’s landmass, is used for agriculture. This is in part because of Dixie’s semi-strict environmental regulations. Most of Dixie’s farmland is located in the Western coastal regions near Lafayette Lake. However, Dixian farmers, with help from the government, are extremely efficient, because of this efficiency agriculture is the 3rd largest industry in Dixie.
Exports and Imports
The Dixian economy relies extensively on trade, particularly the importing of goods. Dixie's main trade partners are: X,Y, and Z.
