Codeshare agreements

Ardalia Airlines has codeshare agreements with the following airlines:

  • Airline A
  • Airline B
  • Airline C

Cabin

Ardalia Airlines operates two cabin classes on all flights; business and economy class. The first three rows on each plane make up business class. A319 and A320 aircraft are arranged in a three by three seat layout while D4-200 aircraft are arranged two by two. Middle seats in business class may be blocked to provide passengers additional personal space but this depends on demand. The hand baggage allowance per passenger is limited to one cabin bag (up to a certain size) plus a smaller handbag (e.g. either 1 handbag or 1 laptop bag or 1 briefcase).

The incoming A220 fleet will be set up in a two by three seat layout. All seats will feature USB A and USB C ports, as well as smartphone and tablet holders. The aircraft's spacious overhead compartments will allow for every passenger to accommodate one roller bag.

Services

Frequent flyer program

The frequent flyer program is called Miles & More. It is free to sign up. Members earn miles by flying (except for award travel); as well as by renting vehicles from car rental partners, staying at participating hotels, using co-branded credit cards and services of other partners. Accrued miles can be redeemed for flight, upgrade or travel awards. There are three tiers of membership.

Catering

On all flights, passengers are offered free food and beverages that vary depending on the class of travel, the flight duration and the time of day.

(traditional Ardalian dishes

Aboard international flights lasting longer than one hour, business class travelers can choose between two locally sourced and traditionally prepared Ardalian dishes; economy class passengers may select from amongst four sandwiches. All passengers are given a large snack box of assorted products originating from a particular region of the country - this offering rotates monthly.

In-flight entertainment and magazine

A-line 319 and -320 aircraft are equipped with overhead dropdown video systems are positioned throughout the cabin and are used to broadcast instructions for emergency situations, as well as programs intended for passenger entertainment. Films highlighting the beauty of Ardalia's ecologically clean and unspoilt islands, sea, coastline, national parks, wildlife, and other parts of the country are played. No video systems are aboard D4-200's.

The incoming A220 fleet will feature onboard WiFi for the first time ever, allowing passengers to enjoy broadband services on their devices including smartphones, tablets, and laptops, allowing them to write emails, surf the internet, and update social media while in-flight. Passengers will be able to access the carrier's own digital content, including films, shows and music, through the airline's application which will be accessible while airborne.

The airline publishes an inflight magazine "ARDALIA," where cultural and historical heritage is presented textually and with pictures. The magazine includes some Ardalia Airlines destinations as well as other interesting and entertaining topics. The magazine is issued four times a year. Printed editions are available in the seatback pocket on all airplanes.
