The Architectural and Religious Ensemble of medieval Meqn is an ARCHO heritage site in western Trellin, in the city of Meqn. It covers much of the city's old town, an area which ARCHO describes as "characterised by a lavish monastic infrastructure" that was gradually developed under Cadenzan patrimony during and after the Azmiri Crusade.

Site description

The official ARCHO description of the Architectural and Religious Ensemble of medieval Meqn runs as follows:

Meqn developed between the tenth and fifteenth centuries from a minor Siresian monastery to a regional centre of pilgrimage and crusade. The medieval city, with dozens of religious and military structures spanning the entire period of Cadenzan control and beyond, is without parallel in the Ethlorek world as a cultural and devotional centre.
