The Fagan administration began on December 1, 1918 when Zachary Fagan took office as the twentieth president of the Federation of Rizealand and ended when he died in office on February 5, 1932. Fagan took office as a Democrat after winning the 1918 election. He was subsequently reelected in 1923 and 1928. His administration was succeeded by the Cole administration under fellow Democrat Mason Cole.
