The Chapelle administration began on December 1, 2003 when Remy Chapelle took office as the thirtieth president of the Federation of Rizealand and ended when he left office on December 1, 2008. Chapelle took office as a Green member of the National Progress Coalition after winning the 2003 election. After he lost the 2008 NPC presidential primaries, his administration was succeeded by the Horiatio administration under Dominique Horiatio, a New Democrat member of the National Progress Coalition.
