Amar Firas (January 29 1908 - March 12 1969) was the 1st president of the Salamati provisional government and a general of the Salamati Independence Army. He was killed in an ambush by Riamese forces in the Zalzab region.

He was married to Nanami Satoshi (December 5 1908 - July 25 1982), a Hoterallian national. He had four children with her :

  • Salih Firas (September 17 1931 - October 3 2012)
  • Kaori Firas (December 16 1935 - April 23 2023)
