Vương Hiểu Thị Lệ, Duchess of Phan Rang–Quảng Nam (21 August 1913 – 9 October 2016) is a Quenminese general officer and noblewoman who fought during the Fifth Lorican-Quenminese War and the Second Europan War. She is known for her participation in the Middle East Campaign and the campaigns leading to the Central Highlands Campaign. Lệ is known to commit a mix of offensive and defensive warfare that often made her army, the 22nd Army, display resilience and as visited her men under fire, leading her colleagues and subordinates to bestow the nickname "Stone Duchess."
Lệ graduated as a Lieutenant Colonel with her family's influence. Despite this, she displayed tact in strategy and tactics.
