The 2023 Carucerean legislative election was a snap election held on Saturday, 8th of July 2023 to elect the members of the 21st Senate of Carucere. It was the 5th snap election held in the country's history and the first one held since 2003. All 79 senators were elected by nationwide proportional representation with a 3% electoral threshold.
President Neil Gaubina called an early election after the Senate did not nominate a new Premier within a week following the resignation of Dazadiu Dogo and the collapse of the Congress government. Infighting within the Congress party and its affiliated labour union seriously damaged the Congress campaign. The parties of the gosant campaigned among their ethnic communities to increase the turnout of their voter base. Major issues in the election was the controversy over further construction infrastructure projects in Vallée Verte Parish and economic relations with the rest of the Arucian Cooperation Organization.
