The Federated Provinces of China Armed Forces (Chinese: 中華聯邦國國軍), also known as the Chinese National Armed Forces (CNAF), are the armed forces of China responsible for the defense of its territories and wider interests. They consist of the Army, Navy (including the Marine Corps) and Air Force. The military is under the civilian control of the Ministry of National Defense, one of the fourteen ministries overseen by the Executive Yuan.
