The Teythian Ocean Defence Pact (TODP), also called the Teythian Ocean Alliance, is an intergovernmental military alliance between 12 member states. Established following a increase in tensions with Czeily, the organization implemented the Treaty of Warsaw signed 12 June 2018. TODP is a collective security system: its independent member states agree to defend each other against attacks by third parties. TODP operated as a check to the percieved threat posed by Czeily and the Collective Security Treaty Organization. On 3 February 2023, TODP became engaged in a war with Czeily after the sinking of two TODP ships in the Gulf of Cronzet.

TODP's main and military headquarters are located in Warsaw, Haltoria. The alliance has Rapid Reaction Corps deployments across the globe, and the combined militaries of all TODP members include around # million soldiers and personnel. Their combined military spending as of 2022 constituted over TBD percent of the global nominal total.

TODP formed with 3 founding member states, and has added new members multiple times, most recently when Modravenija was admitted in early 2023. Enlargement has lead to increased tensions with non-member Czeily, and expansion played a significant role in the events which lead to the Third Great War.
