Lutomiersk is the capital and largest city of Alterrame with 1,293,000 inhabitants. The city is a former industrial center, which was once a small settlement that, first appeared in 14th-century records. Lutomiersk houses the Alterrame parliament and presidential functions, as well as the military headquarters. The city is the cultural and economic heart of the country, and many East Euronian companies have headquarters in the city. Lutomiersk was where the Economic Union of East Euronian Nations (EUEEN) was founded in 1984, and several EUEEN function offices are located in the city.
