Elwan is the third-largest city in New Anea with a population of 1.02 million people. It is located on the east shore of Lake Nessel only 30 kilometres from the Besmenian border (the states of Palingia and Frankenburg). Elwan is a major cultural center and a hub for commerce, transport, and politics in New Anea. It is the largest Besmenian-speaking city in New Anea.
