Irohi II (born 23 December 1929) is the Emperor of Tosichi. He became emperor following the death of his father Ichijou in 1966. As Emperor, Irohi has reigned over a period of substantial change and modernization for Tosichi, including the departure of Siniapore, significant economic growth, and has made efforts to bring the imperial family closer to the Tosichi people, and has made official visits to all prefectures of Tosichi and to many of the remote islands under its territory. He has a keen interest in natural life and conservation, as well as Tosichi and world history.
