Tagayan is the capital city of Tosichi. It is the second-largest city in the coutnry after Zhenquan with a population of 867,000. It has been home to the Emperor of Tosichi and their royal court for hundreds of years and is the administrative center of the country. Tagayan is located on the upper central coast of the island of Akhitya, and sits 80 miles east of Siniapore. The city is an economic powerhouse.
