Kennedy Telgado (born 16 December 1972) is a Utobanian politician of the Democratic Union (DU) who has served as the Chancellor of Utobania since 2016, having been reelected in 2020. She defeated incumbant Conservative Party chancellor Christian Cem in a narrow vote, receiving 50.3% of the popular vote.
