Kennedy Telgado (born 16 December 1972) is a Utobanian politician of the Democratic Union (DU) who served as the Chancellor of Utobania from 2016-2024, having been reelected in 2020. She defeated incumbent Conservative Party chancellor Christian Cem in a narrow vote, receiving 50.3% of the popular vote. In 2020 she defeated Cem again. In 2024, she and the DU lost the general election to the Conservatives led by Levi Brauner.
