Hillianbore is the second-most populous city of Utobania, located on the southwestern coast along the Kuskok Sea. The "party capital" of central Nortua, it has a lively nightlife and 24-hour culture. The city is gay-friendly, with a large LGBT community. Hillianbore is home to Utobania National University, the largest university in the country with more than 30,000 students.
