The Renewed RLM Insurgency refers to the heightened level of conflict in Tinza between members of the Revolutionary Labour Movement under Kelsang Karpo and government forces under Drogon Tsering.

Previously a low intensity conflict, full-scale insurgency was renewed by the RLM in November 2017, following the arrest and execution of RLM leader Phu-bo. The public outrage and unrest caused by this were violently suppressed by the Drogonist government, further lending support to rebel forces. The war is primarily being fought in Tinza's rural interior. Although the RLM operations were initially proceeding with momentum, by mid-March they had been slowed considerably. Currently, both sides are engaged in the Battle of Motigzol, which has killed thousands of civilians and displaced many more.

Drogon's regime has little international support. Sjealand, Tuthina and Xiaodong have denounced the regime, with NOSDO and the Tengkong system considering military intervention against the government.

Both the government and rebel forces have been accused of war crimes, human-rights violations and massacres. International organisations have claimed that the government has used illegal gas attacks against insurgents. As a result of the conflict, a steady stream of refugees have been leaving Tinza, particularly the more affected region. Neighbouring countries have largely turned away these refugees.
