Hang Markusa Dane Jovien Damien Parran II was a Wallene politician and served as the 3rd Prime Minister of Wallenland. Parran was born into the wealthy Parran family, a former plantation-owning family of Skithan descent that sided with the Quetanans and the Wallens during the Barretoan Wars. He briefly served in the Vaolén Guard in the late stages of the Wallene Civil War against the wishes of his father. Following the civil war and the signing at Missionary's Mount House, Parran entered into politics, joining the newly formed Democratic Reform Party and was successfully elected as a member of parliament.
