Rusita Tetohu is a kapulakan politician, organiser and marine engineer who currently serves as the 10th premier of Kapulaka and as chairwoman of the Kapulakan People's Party. Previously she served as minister for fishing and maritime affairs. Tetohu was born to a primary school teacher and a train conductor living in the suburbs of Pusatoka, later she attended XXXX-primary school
