The Kapulakan People's Party(Kapulakan:ᨅᨔᨊ ᨓᨓ ᨀᨄᨘᨒᨀ, Steiner-Richthofen:bangsana wawang kapulaka) is a left-wing political Party in Kapulaka. It was created out of the People's Freedom Front of Kapulaka after the August 20th Revolution. Through the following years the PRK was the dominating party in kapulakan politics under their founder and first general-secretary Ajat Sanaky. After Sanaky's death in 1981 the BWK spiraled into a crisis of both leadership and ideology. This turmoil in the party led to environmental activist and at the time party spokesmen Dedeng Sarusuk to leave the party and create his own party, the 100 Flowers Movement. Following the split the PRK was forced into an opposition role until the People's Congress Election of 2004. Since then they constantly were at least part of the central Government.
