Nias F. Kominsky, 14th Count of Kominsky County (born June 14th, 1962) is the current Imperial Colonial Affairs Minister of Belhavia and formerly a Governor of the Shelvay Protectorate. He is a member of the Conservative Party.
He is from a family of ancient Jewish nobility dating back to the founding the Kingdom of Belhavia in 1650. He is referred to as being in a select group of High Nobles in Belhavian society. Kominsky is known for his coiffed salt-and-pepper hair and the latest designer suits from Kings Hill.
He is a career politician from the Crown Territory of the Shelvay Protectorate. As Colonial Affairs Minister, Kominsky is known for changing colonial defense policy and granting additional autonomy from the Imperial Government. He has also been noted for his campaign against the remaining speed limits in some colonial territories.
