Andrî Libwès (Autuzian: ã.ˈdʀiː li.ˈbwɛ; born 13 August, 1964) is an Autuzian politician who has served as Leader of the Right-Councilist faction of the All-Councilist Union since 2018. Libwès identifies as a council communist, and is seen to be on the orthodox right of the party.

Libwès rose the ranks of the All-Councilist Union during his teens and twenties, becoming the President of his university branch in 1985 and a senior member of the Cestiène branch in the late 1980s into the 1990s.
