Andrî Libwès (Autuzian: ã.ˈdʀiː li.ˈbwɛ; born 13 August, 1964) is an Autuzian politician who has served as Leader of the Right-Councilist faction of the All-Councilist Union since 2018. Libwès identifies as a council communist, and is seen to be on the orthodox right of the party.

Libwès rose the ranks of the All-Councilist Union during his teens and twenties, becoming the President of his university branch in 1985 and a senior member of the Cestiène branch in the late 1980s into the 1990s. Sceptical of the Euclean Community, he theorised of a "slippery slope to capitalism in Auzance" in his economic masters thesis, a term which he has repeated numerous times in his career since; his campaigns in 21st century party politics have revolved around the issue of the Euclean Community and the East. He also identifies as an "orthodox councilist", and increasingly disapproves of modern economic reforms in Auzance.

Having been elected leader of the orthodox Right-Councilists faction in 2018, he stood for the leadership of the All-Councilist Union in 2020, coming third to Catrene Burnot. He remains a key political force in Autuzian politics, particularly on the issue of foreign policy.
