Neville Salisbury (Oswald Neville Derrick Salisbury; 11 December, 1855 – 4 January, 1927) served as the Forethane of Esthursia from 1911 to 1922; Salisbury also served as Leader of the Conservative Union from 1916? to 1922. Salisbury was one of the longest-serving Esthursian Forethanes, and ranks highly among his counterparts; his financial reforms, and own record as a steady, level-headed moderate one-nation leader all are accredited to him by his supporters, though his reforms are viewed as inadequate and directly contributed to the financial crisis that ensued soon after his resignation by his critics.

Early life

Oswald Neville Derrick Salisbury was born into an aristocratic Asterland family in the east of Osynstry.
