Lord Kirik Albert Neil commonly called Kirik Neil, born on June 12, 1987, is a Hylian politician currently serving as the President of the Hylian Republic since November 12, 2021. Born in Fexia in Namaria, Kirik grew up in a family of Hylian farmers in the Easti Namaria region. His educational journey took him to the University of Naveli, where he studied economics and politics. He furthered his studies at the University of Santiago, deepening his knowledge in these fields.
