Morgenroete International is a Gristo-Serkonan Handelsgruppe that specializes in financial services, aerospace products, and rolling stock manufacturing. The company is based in the Verkun, Gristol-Serkonos. Founded by Olivier Bernes in 1899 as a rolling stock manufacturer, the company entered the aerospace market in 1920 when it formed the Morgenroete Aircraft Company. It merged with Lucenne Aircraft in 1935 to form Morgenroete Aerospace. The company today consists of four divisions, Morgenroete Capital, Morgenroete Rail and Morgenroete Aerospace.

  • Morgenroete National Bank is a multinational bank founded in 1903 and is the largest bank in Gristol-Serkonos.
  • Morgenroete Capital is a venture capital firm founded in 1998 to invest in biotechnology, life sciences, health and sustainability companies. It also specializes in seed stage, early stage, and growth stage investments in private companies across technology sectors. The firm had approximately NS$7 billion in assets under management.
  • Morgenroete Rail is the rolling stock and rail transport manufacturer, founded in 1899. It produces a wide range of products including passenger rail vehicles, locomotives, bogies, propulsion and controls. In February 2020, the company had 36,000 employees, and 23 manufacturing and engineering locations around the world.
  • Morgenroete Aerospace is an aerospace manufacturer that produces designs, manufactures, and sells airplanes, rotorcraft, rockets, satellites, telecommunications equipment, and missiles worldwide. Morgenroete Aerospace's corporate headquarters and main production facilities are located in Verkun, Valois, with additional production and final assembly facilities in Pontiac-Bernadotte, Capital District Region. The corporation also operates the vehicle assembly building in Cape Castille Launch Complex.
