Davenport (Te Rova Kadlarach: Mbiet mhir Dambeníoù [viːt fiːr dɑ'ðɛniːoː], Te Rova Lainer: Te Kainero o Durba [tɛ kɑiːnɛɾo o dʉːɾbɑ], lit. "the homeland of durba") is the fourth-most populous city in South Neviersia and the largest city in The Durbanites. As of 2024, the city has an estimated population of 1,223,000 and a wider metropolitan population of 2,772,000. Other major population centres within the metropolitan area include Hestoron, Iniedon, Leeds South East and the city of Claytorf. The city has several historical names, including Durba and Daveniopolis. Davenport was the former regional capital of The Durbanites, though many government offices in the city remain operational.

As the youngest city of the Big Four, Davenport was founded in 1805 by Dutch colonists, less than 30 years before The Durbanites was declared a territory of British Neviersia. The city served as a vital link between Adel and Darwinschtad. During the European conquest of Veropa, many Lainerovans were expelled or fled from other regions of the country, especially that surrounding Adel and subsequently resettled in Davenport. Davenport was historically part of the Textile Belt and the leading industrial city of The Durbanites. The influences of the Dutch and British are still seen in the city's architecture, cuisine and dialect. In the 1990s and 2000s, immigrants from New Zealand and other Pacific Islander nations further influenced the Davenport accent. After the Naming Conflict Wars, Davenport continued sprawling west of Benheim and into County Iniedon, so a significant portion of Davenport was not under Davenport City Council. This was changed after the nationwide territorial reformations of 1981. Consequently, Davenport is the only major South Neviersian city that encompasses multiple counties — Iniedon and Davenio.

The city centre of Davenport, known as Benheim, serves as the regional economic centre for the Metro Davenport area, extending into other counties across The Durbanites and The West Layners. The M12 traverses the city, serving road links to other major metropolises along the southern coast, including Darwinschtad, Ossett, Wakefield and Port Andeagh. Port Davenio, which the city is named after, is one of South Neviersia's busiest ports. Two international airports service the city — North Davenport Airport and Davenport-Claytorf International Airport.
