Dongsing (Yinese: 東城), alternatively cambranised as Dungsing is the capital of Yingok. With more than 19 million residents, Dongsing is Yingok's second largest city behind Yutzhau and the Xth largest city in the world. It is located in Namging, Southern Yingok, and is governed as a municipality by the Dongsing Municipal Congress with 17 districts. Dongsing is a megacity, with a total population of 13,532,391, an urban population of 19,218,537, and a metro population of 27,742,560. The municipality has an administrative area of 1,577.60 km² (609.11 sq mi) although its metro area sits at about 7,329.78 km² (2,830.04 sq mi).

Situated on the Longcheun River, Dongsing is a prominent city, having served as the capital of Yingok and its various predecessors since the Chiu Dynasty, and has thus long been a major center of culture, education, research, politics, economy, transport networks and tourism. It is home to the headquarters of a third of Yingok's largest state-owned companies and is widely regarded as one of the world largest home for financial institutions by total assets. It is also a major hub for highway, and railway networks. Dongsing is also home to one of the most busiest airports in Abaria, Hong Bokngai International Airport. As of 2021, Dongsing Subway is one of the most extensive in Abaria and the second-largest in Yingok behind the Hoyzhau-Donghoy Subway.

Being one of the oldest cities in the world, much of the eastern and central districts of the city are characterised by traditional Yinese buildings while other parts of the city have been renovated and modernised first in a wave during the 1940s to 1950s and again from the 1990s-2000s. Dongsing has been the political centre of Yingok since the 3rd century BCE, and was also one of the largest cities in the world by population for much of history. The city is renowned for its palaces, Sendou temples, parks, gardens, tombs, walls, and gates, making it one of the most important tourist destinations of the world and the second most popular in Yingok behind Hoyzhau. Dongsing is also home to 34 national monuments and museums, the most in the country.

Dongsing's 63 universities are some of the best in Abaria, and several of them consistently rank among the best in the world, with Dungsing University and Buksi University ranked in the top 60 universities of the world. Much of the city's skyscrapers are found in the Dongsing CBD, with it being the centre for Dongsing's economy expansion and growth. The Buksi area of the city is one of Yingok's centre of innovation and technology entrepreneurship and is ranked as one of the world's largest scientific research output. The city has hosted numerous international and national sporting events, including the X, X, and X. As of 2023, Dongsing hosts about X foreign embassies, most of which are located in the Caaucoeng district of the city.
