Lauzerte is a city in southwestern Shoassau, straddling the border of Drambenburgian-occupied Blaoria across the Bluestone River. The city has a population of 144,000 as of 2024. Lauzerte is one of the oldest cities in Euronia. Lauzerte became a city state in 1230. In 2015, it celebrated 2,500 years of existence. Lauzerte is well known for its gastronomy and art culture, as well as its deep rooted history.

In 1954, the Battle of Lauzerte resulted in the liberation of Shoassau.
