The states included in the Northern Kingdom Census Bureau's statistics for the kingdom's ethnicities, population, and other categories include the 24 states and Lomercoyne.

As of the 2022 census, the entire nation of Leucen has a total population of 87,451,667. Meanwhile, the population of the nation of Chatten has a total population of 27,661,067. Combined, the population of Chatten and Leucen totals to approximately 115,112,734. Data shows that the composition of the entire kingdom, nation-wise, is that 75.97% of the entire population lives in Leucen, while 24.03% lives in Chatten. The most populous state in those two nations are: the Federal Capital District in Leucen, which has a population of 15 million, and East Chatten in Chatten, with a population of 13.5 million. The top five most populous states (with the exception of East Chatten) are all located in Leucen. This makes the island of Leucen one of the most populous islands in the world.

The combined population of the top five most populous states: The Midlands, Ostria, East Chatten, Lomercoyne, and East of Leucen, which is approximately 58,885,875; constitutes half of the entire population of Chatten and Leucen, with the remaining twenty states constituting the other half (which is approximately 61,076,637).
