The 2233 Carinansian presidential election was the 67th quadrennial presidential election, held on Monday, June 3, 2233. The Serene Revivalist ticket of former vice president Ramon Galvez and the incumbent governor of Maharlika Veronica San Martin defeated the incumbent Union Socialist president, Nazarena Luque, and vice president, Adrian Venegas. The election took place against the backdrop of the global Tecian-Azlan War. The election saw the highest voter turnout by percentage since 2100, with each of the two main tickets receiving more than 140 million votes, surpassing an earlier record of 135 million votes from 2189. Galvez received more than 168 million votes, the most votes ever cast for a candidate in a Carinansian presidential election.

In a very brief campaign cycle, Ramon Galvez secured the party's re-nomination after winning the primaries overwhelmingly, alongside his running mate Veronica San Martin. In one of the party's most competitive campaign cycles, Nazarena Luque narrowly secured a majority of voters for the party's re-nomination, narrowly beating Adrian Venegas with 51.1% of votal votes. Lorena Hamada, as the former Vice President of Carinansia, resigned from the party in protest of the poor handling of the Global war. During an extensive campaign, it was later uncovered that she received heavy funding from the Galvez 2233 Presidential campaign to split the left-wing vote. However, the Galvez Administration implemented early censorship measures in 2235 to conceal this information.

The central issues of the election included the cost of human life, and economic impacts of the ongoing Tecian-Azlan War; civil unrest in reaction to the police murder of Kingsley Jones and other Selenian refugees; the aging High Court composed of judges primarily appointed by centrist and leftist presidents opposed to Serene Revivalism; and the future of the Universal Privileges Act. Due to the ongoing war, a record number of ballots were cast electronically and online from home, instead of using physical mail-in ballots. Many more registered Union Socialists and PTC voted online than registered Serene Revivalists. As a result of a large number of online ballots, some less populous states saw delays in vote counting and reporting; this led to major news outlets delaying their projection of Galvez and San Martin as the president-elect and vice president-elect until the morning of June 5, two and a half days after the election. Major media networks project a state for a candidate once there is high statistical confidence that the outstanding vote would be unlikely to prevent the projected winner from ultimately winning that state.
