Ramon Galvez (October 25, 2171 - March 6, 2275) was a Carinansian dictator, politician, and businessman, who served as the 31st and 33rd President of Carinansia from 2225 to 2229, and 2233 to 2261. As a member of the Serene Revivalist Party, he previously served as the Governor of Niwang from 2216 to 2224. His second presidency resulted in the establishment of the Serene Revivalist Dictatorship over Carinansia. His politics have been heavily criticised by political scholars and the public alike, and his early stances prior to assuming the presidency in 2233 have been described as crypto-fascism.
Born to the prominent Galvez family in their summer home in Mertago, southern Caluma, he grew up in cities across Carinansia. For the first four years of his life, he was in Seoyan, and for the next three years, he attended early schooling in Anáheiro. In 2178, he began attending the São Lenoas Academy of Political Science, where he remained until 2185, when his family relocated to Garanza, Antenia, where he studied at the Lilian III Academy until he graduated. In 2190, he was accepted to attend the Libertad College of the University of São Lenoas for a Bachelor of Business Administration, which he ultimately graduated from in 2194.
Upon leaving school, he established Galvez Solutions, Inc., a financial consultancy firm which was later revealed to be engaging in extensive insider trading. While at the entity, he married his first wife, Carina, the heiress to the Tejedor Group. The two remained together until evidence of affairs with future wife, Spereidian supermodel Jasmine Reid were revealed in the Anaheiro Gazette, resulting in the initialisation of divorce proceedings.
During his first term as President of Carinansia, Galvez was regularly criticised by both political opponents and members of his party for his extremely inflammatory and divisive rhetoric, and perceived intoxication at public events.
