The Constitution of Gasaria, officially the Constitution, is the supreme written law of Gasaria. The earliest Gasarian constitution was the 1801 constitution, however its current version was enacted in 1969 after Gasarian independence from the Federate Union.
The Statute of State Multiculturalism and Provincial Statute are entrenched laws that complement the constitution.

Preamble
We, members of the Free Gasaria Congress, aspire to express the will of the people of Gasaria, proclaim our resolve to form a free and independent republic guided by the values of peopleism, declaring the establishment of a democratic and law-governed Free State, whose authority emanates from just the people, only the people, and wholly the people, of which the Free State is the nation state of all Gasarians, for which we adopt this constitution, the principal and supreme law that creates the Free State of Gasaria.
