1950s
- August 1951 - Strange lights over Lubbock, Texas are investigated by the US Air Force.
- March 1952 - US Air Force forms Project Blue Book to investigate unidentified flying objects.
- July 1952 - Project Blue Book investigates reports of unidentified lights and radar pings around Washington.
- September 1952 - Project Blue Book investigates reports of "oddities" around Braxton County, West Virginia.
- August 1955 - US Army and Project Blue Book investigate reports around Kelly and Hopkinsville, Kentucky.
1960s
- September 1961 - Project Blue Book investigation into the Betty and Barney Hill Incident.
- December 1965 - US Army and Air Force (most likely from Project Blue Book) close off a suspected crash site near Kecksburg, Pennsylvania. What crashed is widely regarded as a meteor or satellite.
- December 1966 - FBI Begins investigations on "Mothman".
- October 1967 - FBI begins investigations on suspicious reports around Bluff Creek, California.
- December 1967 - FBI investigates reports on Mothman after the Silver Bridge Collapse.
- March 1967 - FBI Closes Investigation on Mothman.
- December 1969 - US Air Force Officially Closes Project Blue Book.
1970s
- April 1977 - FBI reports on sightings of a mysterious creature in Dover, Massachusetts.
- March 1979 - FBI planned on investigating reports of Mothman sightings in the days leading up to Three Mile Island.
- March 27th 1979 - Numerous inexplicable false alarms across all reactors, first in Unit 2 and in Unit 1 an hour later.
1980s
- January(?) 1981 - The Midwestern Union orders the creation of the Department of Civilian Defense's Paranormal Division after reports of unnatural creatures.
- March 1983 - Several Nations come together to form the Tokyo Treaty Anomaly Resolution Sector, the first intergovernmental organization intended on explaining the unexplained.
- April 1983 - The United Commonwealth creates the National Bureau of Anomaly Security.
- January 1984 - UC begins several year Investigation into the Bridgewater Triangle. Varied Results.
- February 1984 - The Western States reopens Project Blue Book.
- November 1987 - May 1988 - The NBAS opens an investigation into the Gulf Breeze UFO incident, but finds little thanks to poor relations with and ongoing conflicts within the American Federation.
- May 1988 - TTARS formation of the Hominid Relocation Committee.
- June 1988 - NBAS investigation into Majestic 12 documents. Deemed a hoax.
- October 1989 - NBAS investigates reports in Reedy Creek around the Walt Disney Cryosleep legend. Results inconclusive.
1990s
- September 1990 - TTARS investigates reports on suspicious sightings during Operation Desert Storm.
- August 1995 - NBAS begins cooperation with the Puerto Rican government after reports of suspicious livestock killings.
- September 1995 - NBAS and Puerto Rican authorities launch investigation into the Arecibo observatory.
- November 1996 - TTARS units are reported to have been spotted during the First Congo War.
- May 1997 - TTARS units confirm their presence in the Congo after the end of the Congo War.
- June 5th, 1997 - Midwest DCD and UC NBAS publish studies on the Correlation Between Missing Person Cases and Power Outages in the Midwest
- September 1998 - TTARS operatives raid potentially soviet-funded genetic facilities within the deep Congo Basin.
- November 1998 - TTARS report findings of "anomalous genetic materials" found within Congo facilities.
- December 1998 - NBAS raid suspected genetic facilities within the New York countryside, finding similar unexplained materials.
2000s
- September 2005 - "Blacktooth" Incident occurs at the 2005 American Convention as numerous delegate's connect to a non-existent device traced to a cave under the convention center.
