The Selinia Flumea (Originally The Denge/Grande Flumea/Flamanco Flumea) was a 45 story major hotel and casino in downtown New Flumea. Along 17th and Daruk. It opperated from 1956 to its destruction in 2007. The property at its largest extent was 22 Acres of land encompassing the corner of 17th and Daruk. It is most known for the 2007 Terrorist attacks, being the worst terrorist attack since the 1916 attack on the AZC Sawakaze.

The building was originally a casino built in 1957 by Wasken Properties, which built the casino under the name Flamanco Flumea. It was auctioned off and was sold to Jenkins Entertainment, which kept the name Flamanco Flumea.

The Flamanco Flumea would go under a period of stagnation until Jenkins Entertainment folded in 1962, and the Flamanco was sold to Denge Enterprises, which renamed the casino to the Denge, this sparked controversy as the Flamanco was the oldest building on the block. However protests were stopped by the Redael of Daphomir who publicly supported the project to build a hotel on top of the casino. Construction of the hotel expansion started in 1971, after 9 years of deliberation and funding.

In the middle of the construction, Denge enterprises merged with Yekatov entertainment and enterprises due to legal issues. The Denge was renamed to the Grande Flumea in the middle of construction. Construction would finish in 1982, 11 years of building after controversy was sparked when a 17 year old woman fell from the 32nd floor.

The Grande Flumea was eventually renamed to the Selinia Flumea, in honor of Yekatov's owner, Selinia Yekatov. The Selinia was one of the largest buildings on 17th street, beating out the original holder, the Parliamentary Building. It would remain this way until the Chiron building was completed in 2001.

The Selinia Flumea was the target of a terrorist attack, when the Liberal Collation set the entirety of 17th street Ablaze, the Selinia Flumea is regarded as ground zero as it suffered the most damage, at 12:32pm the Selinia Flumea collapsed due to internal fires and Structural issues.
