The 1982 Besmenian CCA membership referendum was a referendum that took place on May 30, 1982 in Besmenia. The voters were asked here whether Besmenia should join the Coalition of Crown Albatross. With 74.55%, the majority voted for a Besmenian membership in the CCA. Besmenia joined the CCA on December 15, 1982, after the Federal Chamber passed the acession treaty on December 3, and the Federal Senate approved it on December 4. After the 1968 Besmenian capital city referendum, this was the second referendum held in Besmenia.

After the creation of the CCA, debates arose in the late 1970s about whether Besmenia should join the organization. The government under Premier Robert Gleitzmann declined to join. The Free Besmenian Citizen's Party under Martin Beiter endorsed membership and included it on their party program for the 1980 federal election. After the victory of the FBBP and the inauguration of Beiter as Prime Minister, the possibility of joining the CCA now appeared to be given. The Besmenian Republican Party, some BVP politicans, including Robert Gleitzmann and smaller groups spoke out against joining the CCA.
