Meenguls are a bipedal humanoid species native to the desert planet Naccichi and found widely throughout the galaxy. Meenguls were characterized by their manes of head-tendrils and horns, which served as sensory organs, particularly detecting sound as a replacement for an ear common in other species. One of the most prominent Meenguls is Acryrr Ril, who served as the Premier of the Galactic Union from 2990-3010 AHT.
