Item 603 (Nahuatl: Ꙟамаꙟ 603) was a prototype jet-powered strategic bomber of Zacapine origin. It's design was an attempt to realize the flying wing concept by Zacapine aircraft designer Cipac Cuauhxincani under the direction of the aircraft design division of the Secretariat of Military Industry (AKT). Item 603 was developed through an AKT bomber design initiative of the late 1950s that aimed to introduce suitable supersonic jet-powered bomber aircraft that would be capable of delivering a payload to an enemy city or military target as part of a strategic bombing. The initiative was meant to replace the early jet bombers that the air forces of the Zacapine Navy and Army had employed as stopgaps in that role, which had been originally designed for battlefield support rather than strikes far behind the line of contact.
