The Cabinet of Rizealand is the principal advisory body for the President of Rizealand. Because the Articles of Federation do not officially establish the cabinet, it does not have any actual collective power besides being able to temporarily relieve the President from power on the account of physical or mental inability to fulfill his duties. The members of the cabinet include the President, Deputy President, and the heads of all federal executive departments as well as certain other government officials that have been named by the President to his cabinet. Because the cabinet serves primarily in an advisory capacity, their meetings, agenda, and membership are set by the President.

Composition

The cabinet is composed of 19 members (not including the President or Deputy President). Fourteen of those members serve as the heads of federal executive agencies and five members are government officials from the President's executive staff. The heads of federal executive agencies are nominated by the President and confirmed by the House of Representatives to serve at the President's pleasure. Officials on the President's executive staff however are directly appointed by the President.
