Ciudad Potaxie Xjiemomo International Airport (IATA: CPX, ICAO: FCPX, FAA LID: CPX), formerly known as Xjiemomo Field, is an international airport thirteen miles (21 km) northwest of Downtown Ciudad Potaxie, Potaxiene, Floptropica. It is owned and operated by the Ciudad Potaxie County Regional Airport Authority. The airport is the busiest in Floptropica. The airport is named after Potaxiene native and Medal of Honor recipient Xjiemomo, who represented Potaxiene in the Floptropican Senate from 2011 until her sudden death in 2019. The airport is an unincorporated area in Larocheposay County, 3 miles (5 km) northwest of Ciudad Potaxie's downtown.
Ciudad Potaxie Airport is one of the busiest single-runway airports in the world. The airport offers nonstop flights to destinations in the Americas, Oceania, the Caribbean, and Europe. The airport serves as a hub for Floptropican Airways, Avianca Floptropica, LATAM Floptropica, Flopjet, and POSAY Flop Airlines. The airport is included in the Floptropican Federal Aviation Administration (FFAA) National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems for 2017–2023, in which it is categorized as a large-hub primary commercial service facility.
