The Conservative Socialist Party, also known as CSP, is one of the two major political parties in the United Socialist States; the other is its rival, the Liberal Socialist Party.

The CSP was founded in 2003 after the dissolution of the Conservative Capitalist Party due to a major corruption scandal during the presidency of Jonathan Clark. The party supports conservatism, lower taxes, gun rights, traditional values, and free trade.

There have not been any Conservative Socialist presidents since its inception. As of 2019, the CSP controls a majority (9) of state governorships and 3 state trifectas (governorship and both legislative chambers). There are no sitting U.S.S Supreme Court justices that have been nominated by a Conservative Socialist president. There are two sitting Conservative Socialist justices, who joined the CSP when it was formed.
