New Plymouth is a state in the southern region of Arabi. Its the seventh most populous state with 4,038,323 residents and the third largest state by size. New Plymouth is named after a city in South West England with the same name. It was one of the original five colonies established in Arabi.

The current governor is Maya Waters who is a Democrat, she has served since January 3, 2023.

History

New Plymouth was settled in 1546 after King Henry VIII sent colonizers to the island to establish colonies to expand the power of the monarchy. From 1546 until 1835 it was a colony and from 1835 until its admission in 1837 when it became the third state to ratify the constitution.

Geography

New Plymouth is located in the southern region. It is bordered by Dartmoor to the north, Drakeland to the southern and eastern borders of the state, and New Cambridge to the west.

New Plymouth is the third largest state by size. It is 8,222 sq mi (21,290 km2).

Demographics

According to the 2020 Arabin Census the total population was 4,038,323. Which is up 11.5% from 2010. There is approximately 3,490,000 registered voters in New Plymouth. When a citizen turn 18 years old, they are automatically registered to vote whether they do so or not.
