The court anthem of Themiclesia (廷奏樂, lêng-dzuh-′grakw) was the de facto national anthem of Themiclesia from 1720 to 1875, until it was replaced by the present composition.

History

The court anthem was originally a lyric that was set to whatever music the court found fashionable at that time.

邦君甸侯 prong kljur linh go The lords of the cities are the landed peers.
里君庶士 rje kljur ′djak dzrje′ The lords of the estates are the multitude of gentlemen.
百辟君子 prêk pêk kljur tsje′ A hundred aristocrats are all lordly sons,
攣世相生 ron l′jabh smjang srjêng who give birth to each other generation after generation.
左右殿廷 dzar gwrje′ ntenh lêng Of this court, they compose its left and right.
罔不德惠 mjang pje tek gwidh Who is not mostly highly honoured?
千年麗延 sn′ing ning rê ljan In a thousand years shall they bless their progeny
罔不德惠 mjanh legh pjet dzjot In a myriad generations it shall never cease.
