Demetrius was a Drouli Construct, and is known by the Second Order of K'vari as The Drouli Construct. Demetrius is described in the Book of Siakhle which is the final book in the Book of the Order and the second to last book in Imedio Honour. Demetrius is said to have lived in between the Sologashvilite Era and the Janashian Era in the Timeless Era.

Demetrius was described as an giant Akannus with four arms and two legs, and was described as wearing nothing but a Traditional Akannite Tunic with a Akannite skull acting as an impromptu helmet. Wielding four Bladed Staffs, Demetrius operated under the command of Dro, the god that was juxtaposed to Maradisoba.

Demetrius was also considered important in the War of the Timeless, as he was the major reason that the Cult of Drouli gained an advantage against the First Order of K'vari.
